I'm not sure what you might be referring to with that bizarre non scientific term. do you mean intersex individuals? who have some of both genitalia? they of course exist. and transexuals, well naturally they are real.

Yes they do exist. it is a birth defect i think. i mean it is a woman born with a penis. That is the way i understand it anyway. if anyone else know more please explain it for us all.

I wouldn't call a MTF (male to female transsexual) a shemale in person. It is often taken very offensively.
